Overview
LinkNexus helps you save and organize web links. This policy explains what information the app handles and the choices available to you.
Information You Provide
Bookmarks, URLs, titles, descriptions, preview images, and collections you create are stored by the app and may sync through your iCloud account when iCloud is available. LinkNexus does not require a separate account.
Link Previews
When LinkNexus generates a preview, the shared URL may be requested through Apple system services and the destination website. Those services or websites may receive technical information such as your IP address, device details, and request time under their own privacy policies.
Advertising
LinkNexus displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. LinkNexus requests contextual, non-personalized ads only. Ads may be selected using general information such as the app’s content, coarse location, and basic device or connection information. Google and participating advertising partners may process ad requests, ad interactions, diagnostics, and fraud-prevention information under their own privacy policies.
Tracking and Permissions
LinkNexus does not request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework because it does not use advertising data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. LinkNexus disables AdMob’s publisher first-party advertising identifier and instructs AdMob not to personalize ads. It does not use another identifier or device fingerprint as a substitute for Apple’s advertising identifier.
Advertising Privacy Choices
Depending on your region, Google may ask for consent or provide additional advertising privacy choices before ads are loaded. When required, you can review or change those choices at any time using Ad Privacy Choices in Settings. LinkNexus does not load ads until Google confirms that an ad request is permitted under the applicable consent choice.
Data Retention and Deletion
Records remain available until you delete them. You can permanently remove all bookmarks and collections using Clear Records in Settings. Deleting records from LinkNexus also removes them from the app’s synced iCloud data, subject to Apple’s iCloud retention and backup behavior.
Security
LinkNexus uses platform security features and reasonable safeguards to protect stored information. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children’s Privacy
LinkNexus is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may change as LinkNexus evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the app with a revised effective date.
